Grab handles - 16mm and 25mm

Our versatile grab handles, available in all Biothane colors, come in 2 widths and are great for different situations for dog guardians and trainers. Don't miss out on this understated but essential addition to your training toolkit.

• Allows you to keep your dog closer to you in busy areas, near traffic and are ideal for training purposes.

Collar attachment - 15cm and 30cm 

The Biothane collar attachment is available in all colors and comes in 2 different lengths. It is an essential piece of equipment for both trainers and dog guardians who have a dog that is fearful, worried, or uncomfortable being touched around the collar.

Many dogs with handling worries, particularly in a kennel environment are not comfortable with unfamiliar people touching their collar. A collar attachment might be added when they arrive in kennels, as they work through a cooperative handling programme. This attachment is often a cut up piece of lead, which can gather dirt and debris and become quite aversive to the animal wearing it.

• Easily clips onto any collar
• Safe and effective way to attach a lead whilst minimizing the distress
• Great item to use when desensitising a dog to a full lead in either a kennel or home environment.

Safety strap - 16mm 30cm 

Our Biothane Safety straps are an often overlooked must-have for anxious, reactive or fearful dogs, ideal for ensuring your dog's safety and stability in case they escape their harness or their walking gear malfunctions. A valuable addition to a trainer's or dog guardian's toolkit, providing peace of mind while out on adventures.

Muzzle stop 

Our Biothane muzzle stop is not traditionally considered a safety accessory, however, it can greatly enhance the stability and security of the muzzle if required from the top of the muzzle and we felt it should be showcased along side our safety accessories. This Biothane piece features a figure 8 design, allowing you to loop your muzzle and collar through for added protection.

• Loop your muzzle, and collar through so that the straps cannot be slid over the head
• Fits over a standard collar 
• Lightweight 
• Can match the Biothane colour
• Muzzle stops can be attached to any brand of muzzle, not just our own.

Chin Loop 

Our Biothane chin loop is not traditionally considered a safety accessory, however, it can greatly enhance the stability and security of the muzzle if required from the bottom of the muzzle and we felt it should be showcased along side our safety accessories. A chin loop comes off the bottom band of the muzzle and loops through the collar to help secure the muzzle under the chin and prevent it from bouncing around on the face.

For both our muzzle stop and chin loop, if a dog is wearing a thick collar (a collar wider than 1.5" / 38mm) please make a note at check out that you would like a custom muzzle stop/chin loop to fit over a wider collar and we would be happy to accommodate this request.

A black Standard Scavenger guard size Tolly - optional extra (+15)

Included in this bundle is an optional extra: our Standard Scavenger guard in size Tolly. 

Introducing our exclusive Standard Scavenger Guard, a patent pending (2404638.5) accessory that keeps your dog safe on walks if they are scavenger. This customizable treat hole cover securely clips onto the front of your muzzle, preventing dangerous scavenging. The Standard scavenger guard provides the smallest amount of cover for dogs that tend to scavenge larger items but provides flexibility so that you can continue using food to train on your terms. 

Key features –.   

• The standard scavenger guard clips onto the front of the muzzle and covers the treat hole and the middle section of the front panel, but not the full front panel, allowing some dogs to continue to be able to snuffle for scatter fed treats, whilst not being able to lift or ingest larger item.
• Easily clip on and off, providing both peace of mind during training and protecting against scavenging on walks.
• The Scavenger guard can be used to help prevent any accidental ingestion before surgery and post-surgery interference.
