We always have new sizes that we are raising funds to be able to make them a reality!

Size Pippa

Size Pippa Dog Muzzle is available in Khaki, Teal, Lilac, Pastel Pink and Grey.

This size, positioned just below ‘Harry’ in our current range, is designed for shorter and narrower heads than ‘Harry.

All first 300 pre-ordered Size Pippa muzzles have officially shipped, and we’re already loving the photos and videos you’re sharing of Pippa out in the wild! This size is perfect for staffies and staffy crosses, and it also suits a range of other wide-headed small breeds, including small chows, boxers, and shar peis. Size Pippa is the smallest in our Short, Wide Muzzle range, which also includes the Mitzy and the Harry 2.0.

Size Mia

We have a number of small sizes at different stages of design,..

this page does not have them all - as they aren't all ready to share yet.

Size Mia is the smallest of our new sizes.

We’re excited to share that Size Miais the next size we’ll be launching in2026!

🎉Size Mia is the smallest of our upcoming new sizes. It was originally designed with breeds like Cavaliers, American Cockers, and Pug crosses in mind. Still, after testing, we have found that it's a wonderfully universal fit for lots of wider/shorter nosed terrier types too, like Border Terriers and Westies.

We’re now thrilled with the final prototype of Size Mia! We’ve sent it off to gain costs for tool making and to finalise manufacturing drawings so we can move this size into the tooling phase.Once we have our final samples, which are running samples made from the actual production tools, we’ll be able to confirm the final measurements of the Mia Muzzle.

Introducing our Size Jimmy Muzzle

The Muzzle Movement team is developing a brand new muzzle design specifically for terrier-shaped faces and we need your help!

Size Jimmy is aimed at dogs such as Jack Russell Terriers, Parsons Terriers, Patterdale Terriers, and similar crosses.

We’re now ready to test our latest prototype, and we’re inviting terrier guardians to join us in shaping this next size before we move to manufacturing in 2026.

It doesn’t matter if your dog has never worn a muzzle before; we’ll make it an enjoyable experience with plenty of tasty treats and gentle handling from our team of trainers and behaviourists.

📅When: A day and time to suit you

⏰Appointment length: Around 15 minutes

📍Where: The Muzzle Movement HQ, Old Dalby, Leicestershire

Introducing Our Upcoming

Size Patrick Muzzle

We’re excited to share that we’re in the early stages of developing a brand-new muzzle size: the Patrick Muzzle. 

While this size is still in prototyping, we’re hard at work refining the design and fit to ensure it meets the high standards you’ve come to expect from us. Because of this, the final measurements haven’t been confirmed, and the Patrick Muzzle isn’t yet available for pre-order.

To make sure the fit is just right, we’ll be hosting dedicated Muzzle Fitting Days where dogs can try out the prototype in person. These fitting sessions will play a crucial role in helping us gather feedback and make any necessary adjustments before launch.

We had a very special fitting day recently for our new prototype sizes: Jimmy & Mia! 🐶✨

These sizes are still in the early prototype stage, and we were thrilled to have some amazing little dogs join us to help fine-tune the fit, look, and feel, so we can get it just right for the small dogs we’re working hard to support.

We’re keeping the details under wraps for now… but can you guess the breed we’ve been testing it on? 🐾

This size is in early stages of prototyping, but there’s still a bit more work to do before we open pre-orders and unveil it to the public.
