Shipping & Returns
Custom items are hand made to order. We will send you an email confirming a shipping time estimation upon completion of your order. You can expect your order to be delivered between 1 -2 weeks.
Pre-made and ready to ship items ship between 1-3 working days. We will send you an email confirming a shipping time estimation upon completion of your order.
European customers are charged import duties and taxes upfront, to avoid any hidden fees. Customers from outside the UK and Europe may also have to pay import duties once the item enters their country.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping expenses are none refundable. Return shipping is at the buyers expense, we are unable to provide you with a return shipping label at this time, apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Items that do not qualify for a return
All limited edition items are non-refundable.
Some of our items are custom made to order, in your choice of colour. Therefore items that are made to your specifications (excluding muzzles) such as dual tone collars and leads, are none refundable items. If you would like a dual tone collar or lead that is refundable, please select one of our ready to ship items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. All return shipping is at the buyers expense. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a exachange will not be accepted.
When exchanging an item, you must include a note in your order with your exchange information. Otherwise your order will be refunded.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
