There is nothing wrong with the strap so am not complaining about that. However on the website it is referred to 'interchangeable' so I assumed that I could reuse the existing rivets. However now the strap has arrived there appears no way to do that. So now I have had to order some 'optional chicago screws' which appear to be essential for using the new strap. A new order another £3.80 pp which would all have been unncessary if clear guidance was given next to the product.
Super fast delivery. Replacement muzzle after we lost our existing one! Fits so well, super comfortable. We had to use a non muzzle movement muzzle for 24hrs and it only highlighted why these muzzles are the absolute best!! We ordered a spare too, so we’re never in the position to have to use anything else 🩷
I ordered the Sunny for my reactive 4 year old German Shepherd. It arrived quickly and we were pleasantly surprised at how well it fit right out of the box. It only took a couple of days and a few treats before we headed out on our first walk with her wearing it… What a game changer! She has plenty of room to pant, sniff and receive treats while still being pretty unconcerned about what’s on her face! This was the first muzzle we have ever tried and now we can bring her with us into public spaces more often with a new sense of calm and confidence. Love the pastel colors and soft texture of all the hardware!
