Bright and colourful. Aesthetically pleasing to the eye and not scary looking to others. Robust.
Fits great and makes me feel safer around other dogs. Now she can play without the tension of what ifs. Awesome color and look.
We're a small team of dog lovers, committed to changing the stigma associated with muzzled dogs and their guardians, one muzzle at a time!
I realised that in order to change the public perception of muzzled dogs, I would need to create a muzzle that didn't just look nice but it met the needs of the dogs wearing them.

Clara has worked with dogs her entire adult life and is committed to force-free practice. At 17 she ran her own dog grooming business while also working in a boarding kennels, before joining Dogs Trust, where she progressed through several specialised roles:
Clara also holds a BSc in Animal Behaviour (Liverpool John Moores University) and an MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour (University of Lincoln).
Alongside her professional and academic background, Clara has personally been the guardian of a muzzled dog with a bite history. You can read more about Clara and Tolly's story via the button above.
Although George doesn't come from a dog-working background, being Clara's partner means he's been surrounded by dogs for years. He's been involved in TMM from the very beginning — helping Clara make muzzles back when everything was produced in their spare bedroom!
George joined full-time in February 2024 as our Manufacturing Manager and resident team cheerleader. With a background as an accomplished chef, he keeps the unit immaculate, well-stocked, and running like a well-oiled machine. He brings both the positive energy and the muscle for the piece-punching.
He often joins us at events and fitting days, where he loves interacting with customers and is always first to snuggle a dog. George and Clara share three gorgeous dogs: Atlas the bully mix, Pig the Cavalier x Westie, and his beloved Neli, a Bulgarian rescue.
Becky started at The Muzzle Movement in December 2023. She works on a huge variety of tasks — everything from muzzle manufacturing and customer support to designing our events stand! She is always on hand to help with sizing on fitting days, helping with the design of future sizes, and supporting Annie with education projects.
Becky has worked in rescue for around 10 years, previously as a kennel manager at a rescue centre before joining the largest national dog rehoming organisation, working in the training and behaviour team rehabilitating dogs with severe behavioural issues.
Becky has a rescued Akita called Marvel and two rescue Guinea Pigs called Pumpkin & Boo.
Annie has supported The Muzzle Movement since the Kickstarter days. She joined part-time in early 2023 and became our full-time Community Education and Engagement Officer in January 2024. She builds relationships with the public, professionals and charities, writes educational content for muzzled dog guardians, organises fitting days and events, and works behind the scenes on our education projects.
Annie has worked with dogs and in rescue for over a decade. She is a member of APDT (01566), IMDT and ABTC. Annie shares her life with Flora the Chihuahua and Nelly the muzzled American Cocker Spaniel.
Rowan was an original Kickstarter backer for her beloved Labrador, Alan! She joined in December 2023 and became a full-time team member in February 2024. Rowan is the queen of muzzle assembly and holds the current record of making 90 muzzles in a single day!
She has run a successful dog-walking business since 2018 and is also studying for her MSc in Clinical Animal Behaviour. Alongside this, she supports Annie in her educational and community role, liaising with affiliates and rescue centres.
Rowan shares her life with two mixed-breed dogs: Loki, who has the fanciest ears in the world, and Kida.
Meg joined us in April 2024 and is our Head of Customisation — a fun and varied role! She creates all your beautiful collars, leads, long lines and accessories like grab handles and safety straps. She also manages our non-muzzle ranges, organises production of jumpers and T-shirts, and is a whizz on the Cricut.
Meg has worked in rescue for over nine years and holds a Level 3 Diploma in Canine Behaviour and Welfare. She lives with her husband Ben, our honorary TMM electrician, and their beautiful rescue American Akita, Inca.
Bev joined The Muzzle Movement in August 2024. With extensive experience managing brands across both digital and print platforms, she crafts our bi-weekly newsletters, designs our packaging, information booklets and event branding, and acts as brand guardian of the website — keeping everything aligned with the TMM ethos.
Bev is the proud guardian of Blu, a lively Working Cocker Spaniel. They are currently working on muzzle training together, as Blu struggles with vet visits — muzzling helps keep both Blu and the vet safe.
Tabby is responsible for creating all the individual parts and pieces that go into your muzzles. We punch and paint every end of our Biothane strapping in-house, and this meticulous process keeps Tabby very busy! They also support every aspect of fulfilment — your muzzles simply wouldn't reach you without them.
On top of this, Tabby creates content for our social media stories, including the colour combo highlights on Instagram, and works closely with Rowan on YouTube video content.
Bex has been working for The Muzzle Movement since April 2023. She started in rescue kennels in 2017 implementing training plans and improving dog welfare, and now also works at a college as an animal technician caring for 30+ species.
Bex has two rescue dogs — one of whom wears a muzzle for nail trims and vet handling. She predominantly helps to assemble muzzles, is responsible for tracking and updating stock, and also helps with customer support and product testing.
Kasey has been following the muzzle movement since buying a muzzle for her own dog back when Clara was making the muzzles in her spare bedroom! She joined the team in October 2025 to run the customer service department full-time, handling customer queries and continuously working on improving the customer experience.
Kasey shares her life with Winnie the collie and Cody the pom, plus her two cats Sassy & Pickle. She also occasionally fosters cats.
Charlotte joined The Muzzle Movement's Customisation & Warehouse Team bringing a wealth of hands-on experience with dogs of all shapes, sizes and personalities. Since 2017, she has been fostering rescue dogs and has welcomed an incredible 44 dogs into her home — from American Bulldogs to Toy Poodles.
Charlotte holds a BSc in Animal Management (Science & Welfare). Her passion for animal welfare extends beyond dogs too — she shares her home with eight pet chickens and wrote her university dissertation on chicken welfare.
Chris joined The Muzzle Movement Warehouse Team and works closely alongside George to help keep everything running smoothly. He has become involved in supporting both our manufacturing and customisation departments, ensuring the right Biothane materials are prepared, organised and readily available for the wider team.
Outside of work, Chris and his partner share their home with two much-loved dogs: Nala, their 18-year-old Pomeranian, and Vinnie, a one-year-old Shepherd cross who recently joined the family after being rescued.
Christi from Paws on Social is the go-to social media manager for pet professionals and has experience working alongside some of the largest brands in this space. She is responsible for helping us plan and deliver informative, educational content across all of our social media platforms.
Christi is passionate about helping pet businesses organise their thoughts into content, and we couldn't deliver the same quality of content across our socials without her!
