PRODUCT DETAILS
All of our muzzles were designed with function at the forefront. From the strong plastic, to soft, waterproof strapping, to the perfectly positioned treat hole. We wanted muzzled dogs to feel comfortable and happy as well as be safe.
This Muzzle is the perfect choice for keeping your dog safe and comfortable. Made of lightweight yet durable material, this muzzle provides superior security with maximum comfort. Its adjustable neck straps provide a safe and secure fit and its breathable design ensures adequate ventilation.
Size Neli is designed for Medium sized dogs with narrow cheeks and medium to long length snouts. We do not recommend sizing by breed, for most accurate sizing check out our muzzle sizing and fit page. Weight of muzzle is 147 grams.

Each muzzle comes as standard with a noseband, an adjustable fastening strap, and a buckle strap. Please note that while there are optional upgrades available, they are not necessary for the muzzle to function properly.
The difference between Neli and Neli* is the width of the nose band, Neli* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Neli basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Custom muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your custom muzzle order to be shipped between 1-2 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items - when ordering a pre-order item anything else in the same order will ship together at the same time, if you would like other items in your order earlier you will need to place two separate orders.
Ready to ship items, including ready to ship muzzles ship within 1 working day.
Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Some of our items are custom made to order, in your choice of colour. Therefore items that are made to your specifications (excluding muzzles) such as dual tone collars and leads, are none refundable items. If you would like a dual tone collar or lead that is refundable, please select one of our ready to ship items.
Limited edition items are not eligible for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Got it pretty quick and it fits perfectly well. Bigger than other muzzles but our dog now has the space he needs. Great product.
My dog accepted to wear it right away! We went ou on walk with other dogs and he played with his friends just as usual (Dogmum was just less anxious that he would bite an unexpected human 🙄)
My Otis is fearful aggressive toward strangers in his personal space. I tried vests, leash wraps and just flat out telling people to back away and nothing helped. We used another muzzle for a while but he could not pant well or drink water. His TMM Nelli has been the best decision for us! So well made and came super quickly.
Nox learned with an alpha muzzle, the change was noticeable in his behavior of walking without problem and without wanting to take it off.
