Muzzle Strap complete fastening set with hardware

Upgrade your muzzle without the need to purchase a new one. Easily customize with different biothane colors by purchasing our muzzle strap complete fastening set with hardware. Simply switch out the strapping with your preferred color if you already have the chicago screw upgrade.

For proper installation, both the strapping and Chicago screw upgrade are required if your muzzle has rivets. Replace your current strapping (you will need to cut off your current strapping) with the new one by using Chicago screws. If you prefer rivets, you can request replacement rivets that you can easily close yourself.

This Muzzle strap complete fastening set will come with a muzzle strap, buckle OR quick release strap, Chicago screws x 6 (x 2 spare Chicago screws) as standard and the correct hardware for either a buckle or quick release fastening.

This set does not include a noseband.

You can order a spare set of Chicago screws here, in case you miss-place any, or would like multiple colours to allow you to further personalise your muzzle, add a second to your cart. If you need more Chicago screws in the future for any reason, you can return and purchase a set any time.

Please note - Chicago screws can sometimes gradually come undone over time, therefore you must regularly check to ensure that they are still secure. Alternatively, once you have your ideal fit or colour combination, you can 'loc-tite' your chicago screws closed.  Standard rivets cannot be undone.
