š¦Made to order Neli Dog Muzzle
All custom-colour dog muzzles come standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with buckle fastening. Straps are attached using rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting. While optional upgrades are available, they are not required for the muzzle to function effectively.

Neli is designed specifically for dogs with narrower facial structures. It is not as wide as our Tolly dog muzzle, providing a secure fit that supports comfort and safety for slimmer-headed breeds.

We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Neli size may fit the following breedsĀ (note: this is not an exhaustive list):

š§µĀ Noseband Options
The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.
When selecting the foam-padded noseband, Chicago screws are used for attachment. Two shorter screws are also included for use without the foam padding.

Customisable Items: Products labelled as "customisable" are handmade to order. Once your order is placed, we will email you with an estimated shipping timeframe. These items typically ship within 1ā2 weeks (excluding pre-orders).
Pre-Made & Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for these items are dispatched within one working day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping Timeframes: Estimated delivery times shown at checkout refer to transit time only and do not include processing time. Customisable items take 1ā2 weeks to ship. If you select 48-hour tracked delivery, this timeframe applies after dispatch, excluding the dispatch day.
International Orders:
European customers: Import duties and taxes are charged upfront to prevent unexpected fees.
Non-UK/EU customers: Import duties may apply upon arrival in your country.
Items that do not qualify for a return
All limited edition items are non-refundable.
Customisable Items
Products labelled as "customisable" are handmade to order based on your chosen specifications. As a result, these items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes collars, leads, and similar customisable products. If you prefer a refundable option, please select from our ready-to-ship selection.
Please Note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customisable items under UK and EU regulations. Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from this right and cannot be returned unless defective.
Customisable Muzzles
Unlike other customisable items, custom-made muzzles can be returned. We understand that dogs need time to adjust, so we allow returns for these items to ensure a proper fit and comfortable wear.

Unfortunately it doesnāt fit my dogs oddly shaped head/face, so weāve returned it to get a bigger size. When it arrived I was super happy with it though! Quality is amazing, the design really has the dogs comfort in mind. For someone whoās using a muzzle for the first time, and experienced shame/guilt/hate for having a reactive dog, I wanted it to be a positive experience for both my dog and I. So the fact you can customise the colours to make it fun, and even just holding this muzzle made me feel so much more confident! Canāt wait to get the bigger size; thank you Muzzle Movement!
