🐾 Chicago Screws — Personalise, Adjust, and Refresh with Ease
Upgrade the rivets on your muzzle to Chicago screws and enjoy the freedom to swap and change your Biothane strapping without needing to replace the entire basket.

Create unique colour combinations by mixing and matching different Biothane sets, or simply replace the strapping at the end of each season for a fresh new look.

With Chicago screws, you can also make minor adjustments to your muzzle fit without having to cut the Biothane strapping.

🪛 Extra Chicago Screws
You can order a spare set of Chicago screws in case you misplace any or want to add extra colour options to further personalise your muzzle.

⚠️ Important Note
Chicago screws can sometimes gradually come undone over time, so it’s essential to regularly check that they remain secure.

Alternatively, once you have your ideal fit or colour combination, you can 'Loctite' your Chicago screws closed for added security.

🐾 Foam Padded Nose Band – For Extra Comfort & Nose Protection

Enhance your dog's comfort with our Foam Padded Nose Band. Designed for sensitive noses, it offers gentle cushioning and can be easily added to any of our dog muzzles.

🔒 Why Add a Foam Padded Nose Band?

Dogs with sensitive snouts or those who wear a muzzle for extended periods can benefit from added cushioning and protection. The foam layer helps reduce pressure and friction on the bridge of the nose, creating a more comfortable wearing experience - especially for dogs with minimal fur, prominent nasal bones, or previous irritation.

✨ Key Features:

✅ Perfect for sensitive noses
✅ Extra comfort for extended wear
✅ Compatible with any of our muzzles
✅ Effortless installation with included hardware

🔄 How to Install

To upgrade your muzzle with our Foam Padded Nose Band, simply remove your current nose band and use the Chicago screws supplied to attach the new one.

🧷 If your existing nose band is attached with rivets, it will need to be cut off before installation.

📝 Product Notes:

• Each set includes a Biothane nose band, foam padding, and Chicago screws for quick and secure installation.
• The foam padding is black and cannot be changed.
• The colour you select refers to the Biothane layer on top of the foam, not the padding itself.
• This product will raise the muzzle slightly and may reduce pant room within the muzzle.
• If your dog requires maximum pant room or unobstructed vision, this may not be the best option.

💡 Chicago Screw Maintenance Tip:

Our muzzles and accessories use durable Chicago screws. These can slowly loosen over time with regular use.

🛠️ We recommend checking screw tightness regularly.
🧴 For a permanent hold, apply a dab of Loctite after achieving your ideal fit and colour combo.

✨ Why Choose Size Tolly?

Size Tolly is designed for medium dogs who need more internal width than Size Rex or Size Neli, but who do not require the larger scale of Size Taz.

It provides proportionate panting space suited to medium dogs with a moderate pant style.

If your dog has an especially large pant or requires extra depth, Size Taz may be more appropriate.

This is a basket muzzle, meaning when fitted correctly your dog can:

✔ Pant safely
✔ Drink water
✔ Take treats
✔ Move comfortably

Designed by a team of animal behaviourists, Tolly supports secure structure while maintaining airflow and everyday confidence.

⚖️ Lightweight but Reliable

• Tolly basket only: 114.5g

• Standard Tolly muzzle (with rivets & buckle): 166g

Light enough for comfort. Strong enough for daily use.

📏 Fit & Sizing Confidence

Tolly is ideal for:

• Medium dogs with broader facial structure

• Dogs too wide for Neli

• Medium breeds with moderate panting needs

• Active dogs requiring lightweight structure

⚠️ We do not recommend sizing by breed alone. Head shape and pant style vary significantly within breeds.

The majority of sizing issues come from estimating rather than measuring. Taking a few minutes to measure now ensures appropriate panting space, secure positioning, and avoids rubbing later.

Please check our Measuring Guide before purchasing.

✂️ Custom Fit Strap – Adjust Your Muzzle Strap Length

Need a better fit for your dog’s muzzle? Whether your current strap feels too short or too long, this Custom Fit Strap allows you to tweak your setup without having to cut or punch holes yourself.

Perfect for creating a more comfortable, secure, and tailored fit no tools required.

🧵 Why Adjustments Might Be Needed

Our muzzles are not made to measure. This means that some dogs may benefit from a slightly longer or shorter strap to achieve the best possible comfort and security.

This strap makes it easy to customise your setup for your dog’s unique needs.

🔍 How It Works

Just tell us:

• 🐶 What size muzzle you currently have
• 📏 Whether you need the strap shorter, longer, or the same size

We’ll make a new strap in your selected length and colour — ready to use as:

• 🔘 A buckle neck strap
• 🔄 A quick release neck strap
• 🐾 A head strap

One strap, multiple uses.

🔄 Already Have Chicago Screws?

If your muzzle has the Chicago screw upgrade, simply remove your current strapping and replace it with your new colour of choice. It's a quick and easy switch.

🔧 No Screws Yet? Here’s What You’ll Need:

If your muzzle has standard rivets, you’ll need to:

• ✂️ Carefully cut off your current strapping
• 🔩 Replace it using Chicago screws (sold separately or available to add-on)

Prefer to use rivets again? We offer replacement rivets upon request - you can close them yourself at home using a basic tool.

📦 What’s Included:

• 1 x Custom-cut Biothane strap in your chosen length and colour
• No hardware included as standard – please add separately if needed

🛠️ Chicago Screw Maintenance Tip:

Our accessories use durable Chicago screws that may loosen over time with regular use.
