Each dog muzzle is designed with function at the forefront from the durable plastic basket to the soft, waterproof Biothane strapping and the perfectly positioned treat hole. Every detail is crafted to ensure your dog feels comfortable, confident, and safe, with ample space for sniffing, drinking, and panting for maximum comfort.

🔩 Strapping & Hardware

• All wholesale muzzles come with black Biothane strapping and nickel hardware as standard.
• Coloured basket options are available, but strapping is black only at this stage.
• Coloured strapping will be introduced in 2025 as a premium upgrade.
  ➤ Black strapping will remain the most cost-effective option.
• All strapping is secured with Chicago screws, allowing:
  • Easy cleaning (e.g. in veterinary or clinical settings)
  • Safe boiling & reshaping of the muzzle
  • Future upgrades (e.g. wider nosebands, quick-release clips)

🎯 Fastening Type

• All muzzles are fitted with a standard buckle fastening for maximum adjustability.
• Buckle fastening is ideal for:
  • In-store try-ons
  • Multi-dog environments like rescues or shelters
  • Veterinary settings where regular adjustments are required

• Quick-release clip upgrades:
  ➤ Best suited for individual pets where adjustments are rarely needed.

🧵 Noseband Options

The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.

📏 Fit & Function
This is the smallest dog muzzle in our Short & Wide Fit collection designed for dogs with short and wide heads, but smaller overall proportions than those that fit the Harry muzzle.

2️⃣ Contoured for Undershot Jaws: The area beneath the treat hole is bowed outward, accommodating slightly undershot bites and unique jaw shapes.
3️⃣ Smooth Comfort Touchpoints: All cheek and internal edges are smoothed to minimise discomfort.
4️⃣ Vision-Friendly Head Strap Design: A flat head strap fastening to minimise visual obstruction and improve spatial awareness.
5️⃣ Freedom to Move Naturally: The pant space is engineered to support effective panting without compromising head or neck movement.
6️⃣ Streamlined Internal Structure: Thinner internal bars create a sleeker, lighter, and more comfortable fit without sacrificing strength or stability.

🐶 Breed Guidance
We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Pippa size commonly fits the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):

• Staffordshire Bull Terrier
• Small Chow Chow
• Pocket Bullys
• Small Shar Pei
• Bulldogs (please reach out for sizing advice)
• Pitbull type
