You can add a chin loop, muzzle stop, and head strap to improve fit and help prevent rubbing or chafing.
Rescue Single Strap Purchases
We’ve now added single purchase items to the Trade for Rescue ordering system, allowing partners to order individual straps without a trade discount. These single straps can be included alongside regular trade orders, making it easier to top up specific styles or colours as needed without meeting bulk quantities.

I bought the Neli model and I’m really happy with it. The quality is excellent and it’s very well made.
The size is correct overall, though it was slightly tight on the cheeks because I didn’t measure perfectly, which was my mistake. Measuring my dog wasn’t easy. Itcwas just a little bit tight so I adjusted it with heat and now it fits perfectly.
I would definitely recommend it and will buy again for sure.

I used the Baskerville before getting the Tolly, and Jet definitely loves the Tolly more! We were between a size 3 and 4 for Baskerville. The Tolly’s fit and structure just look so much more comfortable on him. He can drink, pant, take treats, and he’s even napped in it. Most importantly he seems way happier and more relaxed sporting his Tolly muzzle. [khaki green muzzle/sage green straps]
Loki’s New Gear Review 💜🐾
We’ve recently upgraded Loki’s collar, lead, and muzzle, and honestly… I’m obsessed with this set 💜
First of all, the fit is amazing. Everything sits comfortably on him without rubbing, and the muzzle gives him plenty of space to pant, sniff, and take treats — which is so important for keeping him relaxed on walks.
The matching purple set isn’t just cute (even though it really is 😍), it also makes handling him feel so much more secure. The lead feels strong and reliable, and the collar sits nicely without putting pressure on his neck.
For Loki, being muzzle trained is all about safety and confidence. This setup helps us manage his reactivity while still letting him enjoy his walks comfortably and safely.
Overall, this has made such a positive difference for both of us — more confidence for me, and a calmer, happier Loki 🐾

Tess was attacked as a puppy and became reactive because of this. I had started muzzle training when I realised that she would bite a dog if I got too close for her comfort. I started with one of those horrible cheap Baskerville muzzles and I knew just from looking at her she wouldn’t be able to yawn or pant if necessary. That’s when I came across the muzzle movement on social media, it was right when the XL bully ban came into place. I met the girls at a dogfest event and they sized Tess up for me! Tess is a very nervy dog (typical collie) but they were absolutely fantastic with her. After 2 years I’m slowly weaning her off the muzzle but it’s been absolutely fantastic to have. Great quality and super easy to clean. No complaints whatsoever! 10/10!
The Rex* fits my standard poodle perfectly. It was very easy to train her with it and she is now safe from eating anything she may find on the trail. (She is such. Scavenger!) I love the look of her muzzle and the colors. Pretty and functional!
Size Neli works great for my 50 pound aussie! We did boil it and stretch it to make it more comfortable on his face.
Was very nervous about ordering online, but the video instructions were very helpful with the sizing/fitting process. It came in quickly! Fits perfect! June is getting comfortable and confident in it! She is able to sniff, track and drink still! Very happy with the purchase!
I bought this muzzle for my dog Loki and it has made such a difference for us. Loki is a reactive dog and also lives with severe hip dysplasia, so finding equipment that keeps everyone safe while still allowing him to enjoy the world is really important to me.
The muzzle fits well and allows Loki to pant, sniff and take treats comfortably, which was a big priority. It gives me peace of mind when we’re out on walks and helps other people understand that he just needs a little space.
Loki has unfortunately been attacked by off-lead dogs in the past, so the muzzle is there to keep everyone safe while he continues building his confidence. He deserves to explore the world like any other dog, and this muzzle helps make that possible.

I love the security that the scavenger guard gives 😀
My 2 always try and eat whatever snack was dropped from the previous person. I would rather that snack get smeared on the front of the guard than down my dogs throat! These work out wonderful and stay on without me worrying about it falling off during our adventures❤️
Super excited for the Pippa to finally release! We started with the Harry, but was way too big for my girls face. While taking a closer look, I opted for the Tolly while waiting for a smaller short snout/wide face to come out.
I got the Pippa* with a chin strap and foam nose band. It was slightly too wide in the cheeks, so I narrowed it slightly. It works out great and I can tell she feels SO much more comfortable in the Pippa* than Tolly. Since taking her out on walks I have noticed when she 'shakes off' the head strap sometimes comes over her ear(s). I have ordered the muzzle stop to help with this. Just waiting for that to arrive and then this muzzle should be perfect for her.
