All custom-colour dog muzzles come standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with buckle fastening. Straps are attached using rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting. While optional upgrades are available, they are not required for the muzzle to function effectively.
📏 Fit & Function
Rex is designed for dogs with a narrower facial structure, but who are smaller overall than dogs who fit into the Neli dog muzzle. It offers a lightweight, secure fit, ideal for small slimmer-headed dogs.

🐶 Breed Guidance
We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Rex size may fit the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):
Small Spaniels
Petite Collies
Long-nosed Cockerpoos
Small Whippets
Small poodle
Small crossbreeds
Saluki
Medium Terrier type

🧵Noseband Options
The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.
When selecting the foam-padded noseband, Chicago screws are used for attachment. Two shorter screws are also included for use without the foam padding.
⚖️ Weight
The standard Rex dog muzzle weighs approximately 144 grams.
Customisable Items: Products labelled as "customisable" are handmade to order. Once your order is placed, we will email you with an estimated shipping timeframe. These items typically ship within 1–2 weeks (excluding pre-orders).
Pre-Made & Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for these items are dispatched within one working day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be shipped the next working day. Orders placed after 3 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Shipping Timeframes: Estimated delivery times shown at checkout refer to transit time only and do not include processing time. Customisable items take 1–2 weeks to ship. If you select 48-hour tracked delivery, this timeframe applies after dispatch, excluding the dispatch day.
International Orders:
European customers: Import duties and taxes are charged upfront to prevent unexpected fees.
Non-UK/EU customers: Import duties may apply upon arrival in your country.
Items that do not qualify for a return
All limited edition items are non-refundable.
Customisable Items
Products labelled as "customisable" are handmade to order based on your chosen specifications. As a result, these items are not eligible for return or refund. This includes collars, leads, and similar customisable products. If you prefer a refundable option, please select from our ready-to-ship selection.
Please Note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to customisable items under UK and EU regulations. Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from this right and cannot be returned unless defective.
Customisable Muzzles
Unlike other customisable items, custom-made muzzles can be returned. We understand that dogs need time to adjust, so we allow returns for these items to ensure a proper fit and comfortable wear.
We recently got the Rex size and scavenger guard for our beagle-cross, Evie, and it’s been absolutely brilliant. The design and materials are top quality — lightweight, secure, and genuinely comfortable for her to wear.
Evie is a little scavenger who will literally eat anything she finds, so having a muzzle that allows her to pant, sniff and enjoy her walks, and still stay safe has been a game changer for us.
The fit is perfect, the build feels durable, and it gives us the confidence to let Evie explore without constantly worrying about what she might pick up.

Perfect for my girl!
Muzzles give my sweet Australian Cattle Dog the confidence she deserves. Muzzles also give me the confidence I need to take her in public as she is very anxious and reactive. Traditional muzzles are so restrictive and living in the south, her being unable to pant while wearing them is a total dealbreaker. This muzzle is absolutely perfect! I like that the headstrap was option, as she is not a fan. This muzzle gives her so much more confidence and she looks beautiful in it!
