Harry 2.0 has been carefully refined while maintaining the same trusted internal width measurements.

The area beneath the treat hole is bowed outward to accommodate slightly undershot jaws.

2️⃣ Slimmer, Lighter Bars
Refined bar structure reduces weight while maintaining strength.

3️⃣ Smoother Cheek Edges
All cheek-contact edges have been softened for improved comfort.

4️⃣ Fully Polished Internal Edges
Every internal edge has been smoothed to minimise friction.

The inward “tick” on the inner cheek top corner has been removed for a more comfortable fit.

📏 Who Is Harry 2.0 For?

Harry 2.0 is ideal for:

• Dogs with broad heads and shorter snouts

• Larger bully-type head shapes

⚠️ We do not recommend sizing by breed alone. Head width, snout length, and jaw structure vary significantly within breeds.

🧵 What’s Included

All made-to-order Harry 2.0 muzzles come as standard with:

• Basket

• Noseband

• Adjustable Biothane neck strap

• Secure buckle fastening

• Riveted strap attachment

Straps are permanently attached using rivets for strength and safety. They cannot be removed without cutting.

Optional upgrades are available but are not required for full functionality.

Your muzzle will come fitted with Chicago screws as standard.

🧵 Noseband Options Explained

The only difference between the standard noseband and the * version is width:

• Standard noseband

• *Noseband = 38mm Biothane (adds slight extra length when paired with the basket)

The basket itself does not change.

If selecting the foam-padded noseband, Chicago screws are used for attachment. Two shorter screws are included if you later remove the foam.

💬 Not Sure If Harry 2.0 Is Right?

Short and wide head shapes can be especially difficult to size correctly.

The majority of sizing issues come from estimating rather than measuring. Taking a few minutes to measure now ensures:

• Appropriate panting room

• Secure positioning
