All of our muzzles were designed with function at the forefront. From the strong plastic, to soft, waterproof strapping, to the perfectly positioned treat hole. We wanted muzzled dogs to feel comfortable and happy as well as be safe.
This muzzle is the perfect choice for keeping your dog safe and comfortable. Made of lightweight yet durable material, this muzzle provides superior security with maximum comfort. Its adjustable neck straps provide a safe and secure fit and its breathable design ensures adequate ventilation.
This listing is for our Mitzy muzzles that are ready to ship, similar to our mystery muzzle selection these muzzles ship within 1 working day - but you can see the colours and fastening type in advance of purchasing, so there is no mystery here! All muzzles are priced at £55 unless the muzzle has limited edition Biothane then the price will be £62.
You cannot upgrade your ready to ship muzzles with Chicago screws if the muzzle already has rivets on or a quick release clip if the muzzle already has a buckle on it, these muzzles are pre-made with hardware and accessories shown in the associated image. If you order a quick release clip or Chicago screws with a pre made muzzle these items will be placed into the box not onto the muzzle.
You cannot upgrade to a foam padded noseband on a ready to ship muzzle - we do sometimes have a limited amount of ready to ship muzzles with this upgrade on priced at £63.

Mitzy is suitable for large bully breeds with broad heads, with a newly designed head strap attachment, it offers a flatter profile to reduce sight obstruction. We do not recommend sizing by breed, for more accurate sizing check out our size guide. Weight of a standard Mitzy muzzle is 209.3 grams.

The difference between Mitzy and Mitzy* is the width of the nose band, Mitzy* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Mizty basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.
If you include any extra items in your order that are not eligible for 1 working day shipping, your entire order will be shipped together to coincide with the shipping timeline of the other items.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Custom muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your custom muzzle order to be shipped between 1-2 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items - when ordering a pre-order item anything else in the same order will ship together at the same time, if you would like other items in your order earlier you will need to place two separate orders.
Ready to ship items, including ready to ship muzzles ship within 1 working day.
Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Some of our items are custom made to order, in your choice of colour. Therefore items that are made to your specifications (excluding muzzles) such as dual tone collars and leads, are none refundable items. If you would like a dual tone collar or lead that is refundable, please select one of our ready to ship items.
Limited edition items are not eligible for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
