PRODUCT DETAILS
All of our muzzles were designed with function at the forefront. From the strong plastic, to soft, waterproof strapping, to the perfectly positioned treat hole. We wanted muzzled dogs to feel comfortable and happy as well as be safe.
This muzzle is the perfect choice for keeping your dog safe and comfortable. Made of lightweight yet durable material, this muzzle provides superior security with maximum comfort. Its adjustable neck straps provide a safe and secure fit and its breathable design ensures adequate ventilation.
Rex is designed for long and narrow faces. We do not recommend sizing by breed, for more accurate sizing check out our size guide. Weight of a standard Rex muzzle is 144 grams.

All customisable muzzles come as standard with a noseband and an adjustable neck strap with a buckle fastening. Straps are attached with rivets, meaning they cannot be removed or replaced without cutting them off. Please note that while there are optional upgrades available, they are not necessary for the muzzle to function.
The difference between Rex and Rex* is the width of the nose band, Rex* has a 38mm thick Biothane nose band that when combined with the Rex basket, can add some length for dogs that need it. The Basket part of the muzzle remains the same.
When opting for the Foam padded noseband, Chicago screws will be utilized to attach the noseband to the muzzle. Two extra Chicago screws are also included for usage without the foam padding because of their shorter length.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping
Custom muzzles are hand-made to order. Currently, we are experiencing a large quantity of orders. You can expect your custom muzzle order to be shipped between 1-2 weeks. Excluding pre ordered items - when ordering a pre-order item anything else in the same order will ship together at the same time, if you would like other items in your order earlier you will need to place two separate orders.
Ready to ship items, including ready to ship muzzles ship within 1 working day.
Accessories and Jumpers when purchased alone are typically dispatched within 1-3 days, when purchased with a muzzle will ship with the muzzle.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Some of our items are custom made to order, in your choice of colour. Therefore items that are made to your specifications (excluding muzzles) such as dual tone collars and leads, are none refundable items. If you would like a dual tone collar or lead that is refundable, please select one of our ready to ship items.
Limited edition items are not eligible for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded total cost minus shipping cost, to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Muzzles give my sweet Australian Cattle Dog the confidence she deserves. Muzzles also give me the confidence I need to take her in public as she is very anxious and reactive. Traditional muzzles are so restrictive and living in the south, her being unable to pant while wearing them is a total dealbreaker. This muzzle is absolutely perfect! I like that the headstrap was option, as she is not a fan. This muzzle gives her so much more confidence and she looks beautiful in it!

Great idea and definitely preferable in terms of pant room for our dog. Disappointing that the head strap length was not a measurement used or option to change. Even the smallest hole on the strap was too long for our dog so we've had to wait for an additional order to be able to use the muzzle.
Also the quick release clasp doesn't seem the strongest, hopefully it will last.

Service was good ordered Rex* after measuring was sent Rex instead and book I paid for wasn't even in with the order. Just wasn't to be but the muzzles are actually really nice
