🐾 Size Harry 2.0 Dog Muzzle

Ready to Ship – Lightweight Basket Muzzle for Short & Wide Faces (Mid-Size)

Need a secure, specialist-fit muzzle quickly for a broad-headed, short-snouted dog?

Our Ready to Ship Size Harry 2.0 Dog Muzzles dispatch within 1 working day and arrive exactly as shown in the photos, including colour combination and fastening type.

No production wait time. No custom delays. Just a trusted fit, shipped fast.

🚀 Why Choose Ready to Ship?

✔ Ships within 1 working day
✔ Colours and hardware visible before purchase
✔ No made-to-order timeline
✔ Same refined 2.0 design improvements

What you see is exactly what you receive.

✨ Why Choose Size Harry 2.0?

Size Harry 2.0 is the mid-size option in our Short & Wide Fit collection.

It is designed specifically for dogs with broad heads and relatively short snouts who require increased width and balanced depth compared to Size Pippa.

This is a basket muzzle, meaning when fitted correctly your dog can:

✔ Pant safely
✔ Drink water
✔ Take treats
✔ Move comfortably

Designed by a team of animal behaviourists, Harry 2.0 prioritises welfare, airflow, and secure structure, even for large breeds.

🆕 Refined 2.0 Comfort Upgrades

Harry 2.0 maintains the same trusted internal width measurements, while improving comfort and finish throughout:

✔ Improved Chin Space
Bowed outward beneath the treat hole to accommodate slightly undershot jaws.

✔ Slimmer, Lighter Bars
Reduced bulk while maintaining strength.

✔ Smoother Cheek Edges
All cheek-contact edges softened for comfort.

✔ Fully Polished Internal Edges
Minimises friction and rubbing.

✔ Wider Cheek Room
Removal of the inward “tick” improves internal comfort.

✔ Better Neck Clearance
Redesigned corners allow easier head movement.

✔ Less Bulky Head Strap Fastening
Prevents downward pressure on the noseband.

Consistent Fit

Internal width measurements remain unchanged, ensuring the same reliable fit your dog is accustomed to.

⚖️ Strong Yet Balanced

• Harry 2.0 basket only: 180g

• Standard Harry 2.0 muzzle (with rivets & buckle): 245g

Built for durability and stability while remaining comfortable for daily wear.

📏 Fit & Sizing Confidence

Harry 2.0 is ideal for:

• Dogs with broad heads and shorter snouts

• Larger bully-type head shapes

• Powerful breeds requiring increased width

• Dogs too large for Size Pippa

⚠️ We do not recommend sizing by breed alone. Head width, snout length, and jaw structure vary significantly within breeds.

The majority of sizing issues come from estimating rather than measuring. Taking a few minutes to measure now ensures appropriate panting space, secure positioning, and avoids rubbing later.

Please check our Measuring Guide before purchasing.

If you’re unsure between Pippa and Harry 2.0, contact our team at support@themuzzlemovement.com, we’re happy to help.

🐶 Breeds Harry 2.0 May Suit (Guide Only)

• Small XL Bully types

• Large Staffordshire Bull Terriers

• Rottweilers

• Large Chow Chows

• Large Shar Peis

• Large Bernese

• Wide-headed Akitas

Measurements are essential for confidence in sizing.

🧵 Noseband Options Explained

The only difference between a standard and * noseband is width:

• Standard noseband

• *Noseband = 38mm Biothane (adds slight extra length when paired with the basket)

The basket itself does not change.

📦 Shipping Note

If your order includes additional items that are not eligible for 1 working day dispatch, your entire order will ship together according to the longer timeline.

If you need your muzzle urgently, we recommend ordering it separately.

The Muzzle Movement Difference

We design muzzles that allow dogs to:

• Pant

• Drink

• Take treats

• Move comfortably

Because a muzzle should provide safety and comfort, not punishment.

🐾 Replacement Foam for Foam Padded Nose Band – For Lasting Comfort

Even the best-loved gear shows signs of wear over time. If your dog’s Foam Padded Nose Band has seen plenty of adventures, this replacement piece ensures co

ntinued comfort and protection without needing to replace the entire muzzle.

🔒 Why Replace the Nose Band?

Daily use, outdoor exposure, and cleaning can all contribute to natural wear and tear. Swapping in a new piece of Foam will restore the cushioning on the bridge of the nose - keeping your dog comfortable and your muzzle in top condition.

✨ Key Features:

✅ Replacement part for worn or damaged foam-padded nose bands
✅ Maintains comfort for sensitive noses
✅ Compatible with any of our muzzles
✅ Quick and easy installation

🔄 How to Replace the Foam

To replace the foam on your noseband, simply remove your current nose band and swap the foam section for the new piece. Then reassemble using the Chicago screws for a secure fit.

📝 Product Notes:

• Each replacement includes a new piece of foam padding sized to fit your selected muzzle.
• Foam padding is always black and cannot be changed.
• Optional add-on: extra Chicago screws can be added at the top of the page.

💡 Chicago Screw Maintenance Tip:

Our muzzles and accessories use durable Chicago screws. These can slowly loosen over time with regular use.

🛠️ We recommend checking screw tightness regularly.
🧴 For a permanent hold, apply a dab of Loctite after achieving your ideal fit and colour combo.
